S-HOTEL GROUP is looking for an experienced and responsible Staff Housing Shift Leader to join our team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the staff accommodation, ensuring cleanliness, proper room allocation, maintenance follow-up, employee welfare, and compliance with company housing standards.
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily staff housing operations . * Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas. * Maintain room allocation, occupancy, check-in/check-out, and accommodation records. * Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper housekeeping standards. * Report and follow up on maintenance issues until completion. * Monitor accommodation facilities, furniture, equipment, and company assets. * Coordinate with HR, Engineering, Security, and other concerned departments. * Handle employee accommodation concerns professionally and report any issues requiring management attention. * Ensure compliance with company policies, accommodation rules, health and safety requirements*. * Prepare required housing reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant Staff Housing / Accommodation experience. * Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred*. * Experience in supervising staff and daily accommodation operations. * Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Flexible to work shifts and respond to accommodation operational requirements. * Good command of English.
