Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Supervisor / Spa Receptionist role based at Sheraton Bahrain in Manama. The role includes overseeing daily spa operations, managing appointment schedules, and ensuring the spa environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. The Spa Supervisor / Spa Receptionist greets guests, handles check-in and check-out processes, responds to inquiries by phone and in person, and promotes spa services and products. The role also involves guiding and supporting spa staff, assisting with training, monitoring service quality, and addressing guest feedback. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, processing payments, coordinating with other hotel departments, and upholding brand standards and health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- * Demonstrated supervisory skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and support for daily operations.
- Strong customer service abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction, professionalism, and a welcoming demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with guests and team members.
- Experience with receptionist duties such as handling reservations, managing phone calls, and using booking or POS systems.
- Ability to provide training and guidance to spa staff on service procedures and standards.
- Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and reliability.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with hotel or spa management software.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
