- Own the solution architecture across complex product and platform landscapes
- Design and evolve scalable solutions in regulated environments
- Provide architecture leadership for Payments, Loyalty Programs, Voucher Solutions, Digital Marketing or Agentic Commerce
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security and industry standards
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Teams and Business Stakeholders
- Define architecture standards, best practices and governance principles
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement of products and processes
- Support the growth and scaling of the architecture function
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Strong expertise in Payments, Loyalty Programs, Voucher Solutions, Digital Marketing or Agentic Commerce
- Experience designing and delivering large-scale platform and integration architectures
- Strong understanding of business processes and technical solution design
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English skills
