Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Associate – Real Estate to support the sourcing, evaluation, execution, and management of real estate investment opportunities across the region. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial analysis, market research, due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring while working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for a professional with strong financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of real estate markets, and experience in investment analysis, private equity real estate, real estate development, or asset management.
The Senior Associate will have significant exposure to investment decision-making and transaction execution, working closely with senior investment professionals on high-impact real estate opportunities across the region. Key Responsibilities: Investment Analysis & Underwriting
- Evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and logistics.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess investment returns, cash flows, valuations, and scenario analyses.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, and financial due diligence.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendation papers for senior management and investment committees. Transaction Execution
- Support the execution of acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and development projects.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, tax, and external advisors throughout the transaction process.
- Review financial, operational, and legal documentation related to investment opportunities.
- Assist in structuring transactions and negotiating commercial terms. Portfolio Management
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare periodic investment reports.
- Analyze asset-level financial performance and identify value creation opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes for managed assets.
- Track market trends, tenant performance, and investment risks. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market intelligence and sector research to identify emerging investment opportunities.
- Analyze economic, demographic, and real estate market indicators.
- Prepare reports on market trends, investment themes, and competitor activity.
- Support the development and implementation of real estate investment strategies. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal teams, external partners, developers, consultants, and financial institutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and industry participants.
- Participate in meetings, site visits, and investment discussions. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree, CFA, CAIA, or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- 5–7 years of experience in real estate investments, real estate advisory, or property development.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and investment structures.
- Experience working on acquisitions, developments, asset management, or portfolio management mandates. Required Skills & Competencies
