About the Role We are looking for a talented, energetic, and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to support NCM’s creative output across brand, marketing, social media, digital campaigns, and internal communications.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong visual eye, a fresh and modern design mindset, and the ability to turn ideas into high-quality static and motion content. You will work closely with the Creative Director and marketing teams to create content that is visually engaging, on-brand, and suitable for multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality static designs for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, websites, email campaigns, events, and print materials.
- Produce motion graphics, animated social-media assets, video edits, kinetic typography, and short-form promotional content.
- Adapt creative assets into multiple sizes, formats, languages, and market requirements.
- Support the development and consistent implementation of NCM’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Work from creative briefs and translate ideas into clear, engaging visual content.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and regional teams to meet campaign objectives and delivery timelines.
- Ensure designs are accurate, polished, and aligned with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and platform specifications.
- Use AI-powered creative tools responsibly to accelerate ideation, image creation, video production, editing, and workflow efficiency.
- Stay current with design, social-media, motion, and AI-creative trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, digital content, or a related creative role.
- A strong, mandatory portfolio demonstrating graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and digital/social-media content. (Note: Applications without a portfolio will be automatically rejected).
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software.
- Strong knowledge of typography, composition, color, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging motion content and edit videos for social-media and digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with Figma is preferred.
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools, coupled with the ability to assess, refine, and professionally edit AI-generated outputs rather than using them without quality control.
- A proactive, flexible, and fresh creative mindset, with the ability to bring ideas and visual references—not wait only for detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good written and spoken English. Arabic is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, trading, or another regulated industry.
- Basic knowledge of 3D design or animation using Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
- Experience creating both Arabic and English creative assets.
- Experience with social-media-first content, including Reels, Stories, vertical video, and short-form campaign assets.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX, web design, Lottie, or animated web assets.
