We're looking for a motivated, tech-curious professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. In this role, you'll be central to our client operations, nurturing existing relationships, supporting business development, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey. Qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional experience in client-facing roles (customer success, account management, sales support, or similar).
- Genuine interest in technology, including telecommunications, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-starter who works well in a small team environment.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple responsibilities.
Preferred:
- Background in B2B sales, consulting, or professional services.
- Experience with telecommunications, IT infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
- Familiarity with colocation, SD-WAN, cloud services, or cybersecurity concepts.
- Experience in a startup environment and ability to wear multiple hats.
- Marketing or content creation experience.

Position Description

Working Hours: 8 hours, from 4 PM till 12 AM Beirut Time
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice
- Salary Range: $2300 - 2800 USD / month
