Role Description
The surgical Dental Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Lebanon (mainly in Beirut and sometimes Saida, Tyre or other places across lebanon). The position covers supporting the surgeon during operations by preparing the room, arranging instruments, and assisting chairside with suction and handling instrument during the surgeries. Responsibilities include also sterilizing and organizing dental equipment. The role also involves communicating with patients before and after procedures, providing basic oral care instructions, and post-operative instructions.
Qualifications
* Experience in a dental clinic or healthcare environment is an advantage.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with patients of all backgrounds and work collaboratively within a team.
* Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow established clinical protocols and guidelines.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to cover extra hours, holidays and call-on operations during the weekend.
* Ability to move with the surgeon from the main clinic to other clinics across lebanon.
