Role Description The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The role involves managing correspondence, schedules, documents, and general administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily administrative and secretarial support to the office and relevant team members.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and other communications.
• Answer and direct phone calls and respond to routine inquiries professionally.
• Organize and maintain documents, records, and administrative files.
• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, flights, and related arrangements.
• Prepare, format, and review letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings and follow up on related administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records.
• Coordinate with employees, management, clients, and external parties when required.
• Handle multiple administrative tasks and prioritize work according to urgency and importance.
• Support general office operations and assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling company and employee information.
Qualifications
• Fluency in French, Arabic, and English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
