We are looking for motivated Cinematography Interns to join our marketing team for a 12-week, project-based internship focused on producing advertisements, social media videos, and promotional campaigns.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the complete content production process, including pre-production planning, videography, creative direction, art direction, casting, set management, video editing, color grading, and final content delivery.
This opportunity is ideal for creative and motivated individuals who are passionate about cinematography, advertising, visual storytelling, and social media content and want to develop practical production skills in a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities
Participate in the complete production process for advertisements, social media videos, promotional campaigns, interviews, and other branded content.
Support pre-production planning by helping develop content concepts, shot lists, storyboards, filming schedules, production plans, and equipment requirements.
Assist with researching and selecting filming locations, props, wardrobe, visual references, and other creative production elements.
Contribute ideas related to visual storytelling, campaign concepts, content formats, filming styles, and creative execution.
Learn how to translate scripts and creative concepts into visually engaging scenes and structured production plans.
Film professional-quality content using cameras and mobile phones across different advertising and social media formats.
Capture advertisements, social media content, interviews, employee videos, customer stories, events, field footage, B-roll, and promotional material.
Support the creative direction of shoots by helping guide the visual style, mood, pacing, performance, and overall execution of each scene.
Communicate production requirements to cast members and help manage their schedules, preparation, wardrobe, positioning, and participation during shoots.
Support the on-set direction of cast members by helping communicate expected actions, movements, expressions, positioning, and scene objectives.
Assist with managing filming sets and ensuring that equipment, props, cast members, locations, and production activities are properly organized.
Review recorded footage during shoots to identify missing shots, technical issues, continuity problems, or opportunities for stronger creative execution.
Edit raw footage into polished advertisements, social media videos, promotional content, and other branded deliverables.
Assist with footage selection, sequencing, pacing, transitions, subtitles, graphics, music selection, sound synchronization, and audio cleanup.
Learn and apply color correction and color grading techniques to create visually consistent and professional final videos.
Qualifications
No previous professional experience is required.
Demonstrated interest in cinematography, videography, filmmaking, video editing, photography, content creation, or visual storytelling through personal projects, coursework, freelance work, or other creative experience is preferred.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, certification, or training program in Film, Cinematography, Radio and Television, Multimedia, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
Strong interest in producing advertisements, social media videos, promotional content, and branded visual campaigns.
Willingness to learn and participate in every stage of production, from initial planning to final video delivery.
Understanding of social media content, short-form video formats, advertising content, and digital content best practices.
Ability to understand creative concepts and help translate them into practical scenes, shots, and visual production elements.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with creative, production, media, and marketing teams.
Comfortable filming on-site in varied environments, including studios, offices, events, public spaces, outdoor locations, and rural areas.
Candidates who can move around Lebanon freely using their own car are preferred.
A valid driver’s license is strongly preferred.
Role Details
The internship duration is 12 weeks and is project-based.
This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, requiring availability two to three days per week.
The internship will primarily focus on advertisements, social media videos, promotional campaigns, and branded content.
All internship-related costs are covered by the company.
Filming will take place indoors within partner studios and offices and outdoors across various locations in Lebanon.
We are hiring multiple interns across different areas of Lebanon to support our video production and marketing teams.
