We are looking for ambitious, relationship-driven professionals to join a leading multinational insurance organization as Financial Services Consultants.
This is a client-facing sales and advisory role focused on building relationships, understanding clients' financial protection needs, and providing suitable life insurance and financial solutions.
No previous insurance experience is required. Structured training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients
- Identify clients' financial protection and long-term planning needs
- Present suitable insurance and financial solutions
- Develop new business through networking and prospecting
- Provide ongoing client service and follow-up
- Work toward defined sales and performance objectives
Who We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Professional and client-focused
- Experience in sales, banking, real estate, hospitality, customer service, or similar fields is an advantage
- Official Bac II certificate required
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage
