Role Description
We are hiring a Client Relationship Executive — a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut. This is a phone-based role for individuals who are confident, articulate, and highly organised. You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads, responsible for qualifying prospects over the phone and ensuring only serious, verified clients move forward in our process. Candidates who are not comfortable with high-volume calls or trilingual communication will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Call incoming leads to verify intent and qualify them for our services
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English, Arabic, and French
- Clearly explain our services and answer client questions over the phone
- Log all call interactions and lead data accurately in the system
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely resolutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to pass on qualified cases
