Company Description Abniah s.a.l., a leading construction firm in Lebanon, is looking for foremen with experience in concrete & finishing to handle the work activities.
Site Location: Beirut & Maten areas, Lebanon
Required Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience mainly in CONCRETE WORKS, and in FINISHING, with a main contractor.
Main Work Activities, but not limited to:
Interpretation of drawings & coordination of trades with site engineer
Read specifications to determine construction requirements
Lead and assist workers engaged in construction activities, analyze and resolve their problems, manage their productivity
Control the quality of work, safety rules and ensure that they are followed
Control material wastage and damage at site
Monitor and manage site equipment.
Required Skills: ability to read and execute drawings.
