We're Hiring: Social Media Officer
We're looking for a creative, tech-savvy Social Media Office. If you are a hard worker, creative and know how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content, and know how to use AI tools to work smarter, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Help in Designing engaging posts, reels, and stories
- Know how to use Canva and Capcut
- Leverage AI tools to speed up and upscale the agency production
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data
- Build and maintain a content calendar and follow up with clients on the plans set.
- Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation
- Strong Communication skills
- Dedicated, reliable, shows follow through, and committed to delivering results
- Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, and workflow efficiency
- Fluent/proficient in English (written and spoken) — captions, copy, and community replies need to be polished
- Understanding of platform algorithms and content trends
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
- Comfortable using Canva and CapCut
- A creative eye and a proactive, self-starter mindset
- Basic analytics skills (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc. a plus)
Bonus Points For:
- Experience running paid social campaigns
- Photography or basic videography skills
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
