Social Media Executive

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to join a fast-paced creative/social agency in Dubai, working across exciting client accounts and helping bring brands to life across social platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social, knows what makes content engaging and is comfortable working in a busy agency environment.
The Role:
- Support the development and execution of social media strategies across client accounts
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X
- Create and manage social media calendars, ensuring content is timely, relevant and on-brand
- Write engaging social copy, captions and community responses
- Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, cultural moments and emerging content formats
- Work closely with creative, content and account teams to develop engaging social-first content
- Support influencer and creator activity where required
- Monitor community engagement and respond to comments and messages
- Track social performance and prepare basic reporting and insights
- Research competitors, trends and relevant audience behaviours
- Help identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach and brand relevance
- Support with shoots, content creation and campaign rollouts when required
About You:
- 1-3 years of social media experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and what works across each
- Naturally plugged into trends, creators, culture and online conversations
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Good eye for engaging content and social-first creative
- Organised and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of client needs
- Proactive, curious and keen to learn
- UAE or wider MENA experience is a plus
