Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Site Engineer (Finishing) with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in finishing works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing finishing activities on-site, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all finishing activities on-site (plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, carpentry, etc.).
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and finishing details.
- Ensure work is executed according to quality standards, project specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved samples and specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site to avoid delays.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (preferred) or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in site supervision with a focus on finishing works Preferable B2C.
