Miral Experiences is seeking a Show Quality and Standards Director to lead the development and implementation of show, experience, and quality standards across our theme parks and attractions.
In this role, you will bring together storytelling, design, operations, entertainment, F&B, retail, and guest services to deliver cohesive and immersive experiences. You will also work with key stakeholders and Intellectual Property partners to identify improvement opportunities, develop innovative events, and introduce memorable “surprise and delight” moments for our guests.
We are looking for an experienced leader with 8+ years of experience in theme parks or tourist attractions, strong knowledge of guest experience management, and a passion for storytelling, creativity, quality, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone with:
✅ A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, engineering, landscape architecture, or a related field
✅ At least 8 years of experience within theme parks or tourist attractions
✅ Strong knowledge of theme park operations, attractions, storytelling, and guest experience management
✅ Proven leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and financial planning capabilities
✅ A passion for exceptional guest experiences, creativity, continuous improvement, and attention to detail
✅ Experience working with Intellectual Property partners would be an advantage
