Job Description:

Conduct regional analysis and water injection strategy adjustment
Integrate geological achievements including inter-well connectivity and thief zone distribution to guide water injection optimization
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to resolve major injection-production contradictions
Provide top-level technical guidance for well pattern and profile optimization works
Review and approve key technical proposals for well completion, recompletion, profile control and water shut-off
Participate in reservoir and water injection research
Provide cross-disciplinary on-site technical support

Requirements:

More than three (3) years of proven international experience in on-site water injection management service
Experience in O&G: 10–15 years
