We are currently looking for a Senior Tax to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of ensuring tax compliance, providing strategic tax advice, and supporting clients in optimizing their tax positions in line with evolving regulations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading the preparation and review of corporate, payroll, VAT, and other direct and indirect tax returns.
- Managing relationships with tax authorities and responding to audits and queries.
- Conducting in-depth research on complex tax regulations.
- Maintaining organized records of tax filings and supporting documentation.
- Ensuring all tax reporting and filings comply with local regulations and international standards.
- Keeping up to date with local tax developments, laws, and regulations.
- Taking full responsibility for delivering high-quality tax services and ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in tax accounting.
- Knowledge of current and emerging tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Great relationship building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is required
