About the Role
N N Rent a Car is looking for a motivated, energetic and results-driven Sales & Reservations Officer to join our team.
We are looking for a salesperson, not just someone who answers inquiries.
The ideal candidate enjoys communicating with customers, identifying their needs, following up on opportunities and converting inquiries into confirmed car rental reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, website and online communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable rental vehicles and packages.
- Prepare competitive quotations and actively follow up to secure reservations.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining profitability.
- Promote vehicle upgrades, additional services and longer rental periods.
- Manage reservations, booking modifications, extensions and cancellations accurately.
- Maintain proper customer records, sales leads and follow-up activities in company systems.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and smooth customer delivery and return arrangements.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor lost sales opportunities and identify ways to improve conversion.
- Achieve individual sales targets and provide regular performance updates.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, reservations, hospitality, travel, automotive or customer service.
- Strong selling, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Confident handling customers by telephone, WhatsApp and email.
- Strong follow-up, organization and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems and reservation software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, initiative, accountability and a team-oriented mindset.
Previous car rental experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
