Position Overview
We are looking for a versatile, hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own and drive Infosysta’s entire marketing function independently. The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, creative content creation, technical web management, and data-driven execution. The candidate will manage everything from brand messaging, social media, graphic design, and digital campaigns to lead generation, email marketing, website management, CRM tracking, events, and partner-led initiatives. The role will involve translating regional growth goals into effective day-to-day marketing activities while working closely with Sales, Business Development, and partner teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full marketing function independently, covering both long-term regional strategy and day-to-day tactical execution.
• Brand Consistency: Champion company branding and ensure visual and tonal consistency across all digital campaigns, website assets, sales decks, presentations, and communication materials.
• Multi-Market Coordination: Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives across key regional markets, including KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, and Lebanon.
2. Digital Campaigns & Paid Media
• Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan, launch, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and other high-impact channels.
• Paid Advertising & Retargeting: Manage paid ad budgets, audience segmentation, and retargeting activities—specifically utilizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to target enterprise decision-makers.
• Lead Generation: Monitor campaign lead generation closely, ensuring efficient customer acquisition costs and smooth lead handover and follow-up synchronization with the Business Development and Sales teams.
3. Content Creation & Graphic Design
• Collateral & Content Production: Create high-quality marketing and thought-leadership content for services, enterprise solutions, strategic partnerships, industry events, webinars, case studies, and company announcements.
• Visual Asset Creation: Design and edit marketing graphics, including social media carousels, banners, promotional post graphics, story formats, and event visual assets.
• Sales Enablement: Prepare compelling sales enablement materials, pitch decks, and collateral to equip the business development teams.
4. Social Media & Event Marketing
• Social Presence: Manage Infosysta’s official social media channels, owning the content calendar, copywriting, asset publishing, community engagement, and campaign promotion.
• Webinars & Events: Plan, promote, and execute virtual webinars, live events, regional partner activities, and community engagements.
5. Website, SEO & Technical Marketing
• Website Management: Manage and update the Infosysta website via WordPress and Elementor—building high-converting landing pages, refreshing content, and maintaining site hygiene.
• SEO & Performance: Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to grow organic visibility. Monitor website and campaign performance through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to produce actionable analytics reports.
• MarTech Stack Management: Oversee marketing tools, software subscriptions, platform access, tracking pixels, and related technical troubleshooting. Handle multiple urgent web or campaign requests simultaneously without missing deadlines.
6. CRM, Lead Lifecycle & Analytics
• CRM Operations: Manage CRM-related marketing activities, overseeing lead tracking, lifecycle stage mapping, lead scoring models, source attribution, and campaign data hygiene.
• Data Reporting: Regularly analyze marketing KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline impact, preparing comprehensive performance reports for executive leadership.
7. Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration
• Strategic Partnerships: Coordinate closely with Atlassian and other technology partners on joint marketing campaigns, co-branded events, lead-generation initiatives, and alignment with partner requirements.
