We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer with 5–10+ years of experience to transform an existing technology product into a secure, scalable, commercial SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, develop, and optimize existing code and architecture.
Build and scale backend services, APIs, and full-stack applications.
Manage AWS deployments, databases, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
Implement secure authentication, permissions, and multi-user data isolation.
Integrate AI/LLM APIs and ensure production readiness.
Lead and mentor a small development team while remaining actively involved in coding.
Requirements:
Strong Python backend and full-stack development experience.
Proficiency in AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, APIs, and Git/CI/CD.
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React or similar frameworks.
Proven experience building or scaling SaaS products and deploying production systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take end-to-end technical ownership.
