Find a job, a company, or an NGO Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MEP quantity surveying and cost control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Review MEP subcontractor quotations, variations, and payment applications.
- Monitor project budgets, commitments, forecasts, and cost reports.
- Evaluate and negotiate variations, claims, and change orders.
- Review subcontractor and supplier commercial submissions.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Contracts, Engineering, and Project teams.
- Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of MEP works.
- Support final accounts, commercial close-out, and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, variations, measurements, and commercial correspondence.
Preferred Experience:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong experience in MEP quantity surveying and commercial management.
- Experience with large-scale / mega construction or luxury hotel projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MEP subcontracting, contracts, variations, claims, and cost control.
- GCC/KSA experience preferred.
