Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves advising clients on real estate investments, including identifying suitable commercial and residential properties, conducting market and financial analyses, and presenting strategic recommendations. The consultant will manage the full sales cycle: prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, and closing transactions while maintaining high standards of customer service. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining a client portfolio, preparing professional presentations and reports, and staying updated on market trends, regulations, and new developments. The Senior Property Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to achieving the firm’s sales and growth targets.
