About This RoleWe are looking for a Senior Group Product Manager to lead our Logistics Services domain — a critical and growing pillar of JET's logistics platform that underpins how our network connects, operates, and scales.
Logistics Services sits at the intersection of our foundational capabilities and our next frontier of growth. This role spans three sub-domains: DaaS (Delivery as a Service), our white-labelled delivery platform enabling external partners to leverage JET's logistics network; Integrations, which govern the rules and flows that move orders from upstream systems into logistics and back out downstream; and Tooling, which equips internal and external operators with the capabilities they need to run, configure, and intelligently respond to network events — including the emerging frontier of agentic tooling.
The challenge of this role is dual: keeping the foundational flows and capabilities robust and reliable at global scale, while identifying and unlocking the growth levers that will define what Logistics Services becomes next.
