JOB SUMMARYA Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating strong visual concepts, visual communications, while conveying the messages in ways that are effective and aesthetically pleasing.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Analyze Design Requirements:
- Carefully review design briefs and comprehend the project needs.
- Lead the conceptualization of visuals based on these requirements.
- Design Creation & Development:
- Craft initial design drafts and present ideas for review and feedback.
- Produce advanced illustrations, logos, and various designs, either digitally or by hand.
- Select appropriate colors, layouts, and compositions for each project.
- Collaboration & Finalization:
- Work closely with copywriters and the designers to refine and finalize designs.
- Test design performance across different mediums.
- Adjust designs based on feedback.
- Ensure all completed designs are visually compelling and align with brand guidelines.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Excellent design software skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
- In-depth understanding of both print and digital design requirements.
- Expertise in typography and visual composition.
- Keen awareness of current design trends and their application in a commercial context.
- Exceptional creative and innovative design skills.
- Acute attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Proficient in managing time and meeting deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project scopes and teams.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- BA degree in graphic design.
- 5 years of experience in a similar field.
