We are seeking a creative, proactive and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can translate ideas and strategic briefs into impactful visual work. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts and delivering high-quality designs across branding, digital, social media, print and experiential projects. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with excellent execution and a clear understanding of brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities* Creative Concept Development:
+ Develop original creative concepts and visual directions for brands, campaigns and events.
+ Translate briefs and strategic objectives into clear and visually engaging ideas.
+ Create key visuals, brand identities and campaign adaptations.
+ Present creative concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams.
- Digital and Print Design:
- Design high-quality content for social media, digital campaigns, presentations and print.
- Adapt creative concepts across different formats, platforms and brand touchpoints.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork for print and on-ground applications.
- Ensure that all final deliverables meet the required technical and visual standards.
- Branding and Visual Consistency:
- Apply a strong understanding of typography, composition, color and branding.
- Maintain brand consistency across designs, campaigns and communication materials.
- Develop flexible visual systems that can be adapted across multiple formats.
- Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, clarity and quality.
- Collaboration and Project Management:
- Collaborate closely with the creative, content, video and events teams.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming and campaign-development sessions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends, visual culture and emerging AI-assisted creative tools.
Qualifications
- * Proven professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, creativity and excellent execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of typography, composition, color and branding.
- Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
- Experience creating brand identities, key visuals and campaign adaptations.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools such as Higgsfield.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, production-ready artwork.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work confidently under pressure.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is considered an advantage.
