üîµ About the Role
FEKRA Technologies is looking for a proactive B2B Sales Specialist to generate, develop, and close new business opportunities for our IT Outsourcing, Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Engineering Teams, and Software Development Services.
This is a hands-on new-business sales role with a strong hunter mindset.
We are looking for someone who can actively identify potential clients, start conversations from scratch, understand their business needs, develop opportunities, and move them through the sales cycle toward closing.
You should be comfortable building your own pipeline rather than waiting for inbound leads.
This is not an account management or inbound-only sales role.
üîµ Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own outbound sales pipeline.
- Identify companies that may need IT outsourcing, staff augmentation, dedicated engineering teams, or software development services.
- Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, CEOs, VP Engineering, Heads of Technology, Product Leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email, cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and other relevant outbound channels.
- Identify business signals such as company growth, engineering hiring, new projects, market expansion, funding, digital transformation, or technology talent shortages.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand the client's business, technology, staffing, timeline, and commercial needs.
- Qualify opportunities based on need, timing, budget, and decision-making process.
- Clearly present FEKRA's services and recommend the most suitable engagement model.
- Handle questions, objections, and commercial discussions professionally.
- Work with management, recruitment, and technical teams to prepare suitable proposals and solutions.
- Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects.
- Move qualified opportunities through the sales cycle from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Represent FEKRA at selected business events and client meetings when required.
- Maintain accurate opportunities, follow-ups, activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
üîµ Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience in Software Outsourcing, IT Services, Staff Augmentation, Software Development Services, or related technology services.
- Experience generating new business through outbound prospecting, not only inbound leads.
- Previous experience closing or directly contributing to the closing of B2B technology services deals.
- Good understanding of the full B2B sales cycle.
- Strong discovery, qualification, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and approaching new companies and senior decision-makers.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn prospecting and preferably LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Self-driven, proactive, persistent, commercially minded, and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Willing to travel occasionally to Saudi Arabia and the UAE for business events, prospect meetings, and client acquisition activities when required.

- Previous success selling software outsourcing or staff augmentation internationally.
- Experience targeting clients in Saudi Arabia, UAE, GCC, UK, Europe, USA, or Canada.
- Existing relationships with technology decision-makers.
- Experience generating opportunities through events, networking, or strategic relationships.
- Proven success opening new accounts and converting cold prospects into clients.
