We are looking for a professional with strong operational experience in government service offices, capable of immediate engagement without the need for basic training.
Work Nature: Remote
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and monitoring files for a group of companies, averaging 20 to 30 companies, with adjustments based on workload.
- Executing and monitoring government transactions for the entities.
- Daily interactions with government entities, particularly in areas such as:
- Muqeem, Abshir, Social Insurance, Mudad, Baladi, Ministry of Commerce, and others.
- Tracking requests and entitlements, ensuring their completion within specified timeframes.
- Direct communication with clients and monitoring their requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience of no less than 3 years in the same field.
- Preference for those who have previously worked in a service office or a business service company.
- Strong practical experience in government entities and other entities.
- High proficiency and good communication skills with clients.
- Professional and organized approach in conversations and correspondences.
- Speed and accuracy in execution and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Reliable and stable internet connection.
- Ability to provide work equipment if needed by the company.
