Cotton House is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to ensure that all garments meet our approved quality standards before reaching the warehouse and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished garments and compare them against approved samples.
- Identify defects in fabric, stitching, measurements, printing, embroidery, and finishing.
- Conduct regular factory visits and prepare quality inspection reports.
- Record defects, reject non-conforming products, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Re-inspect corrected products and ensure compliance with approved quality standards.
- Coordinate with factory and warehouse teams regarding quality issues.
- Monitor recurring defects and maintain accurate quality records.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Garment QC or Fashion Quality Control.
- Good understanding of garment quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and defect-detection skills.
- Good communication, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to visit factories regularly.
- Experience with fashion brands or garment factories is preferred.
