Role Description The Odoo Project Manager will lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo-based ERP solutions, managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables for multiple clients. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Beirut, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, coordinating with technical and functional teams, and overseeing testing, training, and go-live activities. The role also involves monitoring project progress, identifying risks, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring that solutions align with client objectives and industry best practices. The Odoo Project Manager will continuously refine processes, document workflows, and support post-implementation optimization to maximize value for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to coordinate Expediting activities across teams.
- Hands-on experience with Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities in ERP or operations-focused environments.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management and Inspection processes, especially as they relate to supply chain and operational workflows.
- Experience managing Odoo or similar ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on schedule and within scope.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and KPIs to monitor project performance and system effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Odoo or ERP certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Beirut, with flexibility to collaborate on-site and work independently from home.
- Previous experience in consulting, software implementation, or process improvement in logistics, manufacturing, or services sectors is beneficial.
