We design, build and run business systems on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure and Copilot/AI for clients in fintech, construction, trading and healthcare across Lebanon, the GCC and beyond. Our Business Central practice is growing, and we are hiring Functional Consultants at more than one level, from those starting their ERP career to experienced consultants ready to lead implementations.
The role:
As a Business Central Functional Consultant at XEETEK, you will work on live client implementations across the full project lifecycle: requirements and fit-gap, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live and support. You will work directly with client finance and operations teams, and alongside our AL developers, Power Platform consultants and data engineers who extend BC with custom apps, automation and Fabric reporting. Your scope will match your experience: newer consultants join project teams under senior guidance and grow into owning modules and projects; experienced consultants lead implementations end to end and mentor the team.
What you will do:
Run or support discovery workshops, document business processes and produce fit-gap analyses and functional design documents.
Configure Business Central across Finance (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, bank, multi-currency, dimensions), Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Warehouse.
Design charts of accounts, dimensions, posting groups and reporting structures that fit each client’s business and local regulatory requirements.
Prepare and execute data migration using Excel templates, configuration packages and RapidStart.
Write and execute test scripts, lead or support UAT and train key users.
Prepare functional documentation, user guides and training materials.
Translate requirements into clear specifications for AL developers and Power BI / Power Automate colleagues.
Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement with clients.
For senior consultants: lead projects, prepare go-live cutover plans, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to pre-sales demos, estimates and proposals.
What we are looking for:
Hands-on experience with Business Central or Dynamics NAV, whether as a consultant, support analyst, key user or accountant. We welcome candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience as well as experienced consultants with 3+ years and at least two full-cycle implementations behind them; strong fresh graduates with internship or academic exposure to BC are also encouraged to apply.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS or a related field.
Solid accounting fundamentals and a good understanding of purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles; for senior candidates, depth in BC Finance and Supply Chain, with Manufacturing, Jobs/Projects or Service modules a plus.
Strong Excel skills, an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate or Dataverse integrations is a plus.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to explain things clearly to non-technical users; French is a plus.
MB-800 (Business Central Functional Consultant Associate) or MB-920 certification is a plus; if you do not have one yet, we will sponsor it in your first year.
Based in Lebanon, and able to travel to when required.
