L’Atelier du Miel is looking for a hands-on Fulfillment & Business Systems Lead to take ownership of getting customer orders prepared accurately and delivered on time.
We are a small company with big ambitions. You will work closely with the team and management in an environment built around direct communication, practical problem-solving, and taking responsibility. This role suits someone who enjoys being involved in daily operations while building better ways of working as the business grows.
THE ROLE
Manage the daily fulfillment cycle, from confirmed order to delivery closure. Coordinate the people and activities involved, resolve issues promptly, and improve accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Organize daily order priorities and coordinate picking, checking, packing, labeling, and dispatch documentation.
• Coordinate the team involved in fulfillment and delivery, with clear responsibilities and follow-through.
• Plan delivery routes and allocate drivers and vehicles; verify loading and track delivery outcomes.
• Follow up on delayed, incomplete, returned, or undelivered orders with the relevant teams.
• Reconcile delivery records, collected payments, returns, and undelivered goods with accounting and the warehouse team.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, warehouse, and production to keep orders moving and resolve stock or readiness issues.
• Schedule fleet maintenance and follow up on vehicle availability.
• Maintain accurate order and delivery records, track practical performance indicators, and improve workflows.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Ideally 2–5 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment, logistics, distribution, or a similar operational role.
• Experience coordinating people and daily operational priorities, or readiness to take on that responsibility.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to follow issues through to resolution.
• A practical, reliable approach and willingness to step in when the team needs support.
• Confidence using spreadsheets and digital tools to manage orders and operational records.
A PLUS
Experience with Odoo or a similar ERP, operational reporting, or workflow automation is an advantage. Business systems expertise is a bonus; the core of the role is managing fulfillment.
WHY JOIN US
A visible role in a small, ambitious business, with direct access to decision-makers and the opportunity to help shape operations as we grow.
