Role Description
This is a full-time Project Designer role based on-site in Ain El Remmaneh. The Project Designer will be responsible for creating and developing project designs, preparing submittals, drafting construction drawings, and conducting space planning. The role also includes collaborating with the architecture team and overseeing project management tasks to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Submittals and Construction Drawings
- Expertise in Space Planning and Architecture
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with team members and clients
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools is a plus
- Experience in industrial kitchen design or related fields is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
