Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics & Quality Control Coordinator to join our team in the woodworking and joinery manufacturing industry.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the logistics, packing, quality control, and shipment preparation processes, ensuring that all products and documentation are properly checked and organized before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and maintain packing lists for all projects and shipments.
Coordinate and follow up on shipment preparation and delivery schedules.
Monitor packing activities and ensure products are properly packed and protected.
Perform quality checks on finished products before packing and dispatch.
Verify quantities, dimensions, labels, and product specifications against approved drawings and documents.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Organize shipment documentation, delivery notes, and related records.
Follow up on container loading and ensure efficient space utilization.
Maintain accurate shipment records and report any discrepancies.
Ensure that all shipments are properly prepared and delivered according to project requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and documentation.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Previous experience in manufacturing or woodworking is an advantage.**
