We’re hiring | Site Construction Supervisor / Site Engineer
Sprig Contracting is looking for a hands-on Site Construction Supervisor or Site Engineer to oversee construction and fit-out works in Lebanon.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Monitor progress and coordinate material deliveries and site requirements.
- Take site measurements, check quantities, and report progress.
- Maintain a safe, organized site and follow up on snagging through completion.
Profile
- Experience supervising construction, renovation, and fit-out works.
- Good understanding of drawings, construction details, and finishing trades.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and take responsibility for execution.
- Civil engineering qualification or relevant practical site supervision experience.
