About the Business
Dar Al Siraj is an established family-owned retail business operating across five branches in Lebanon.
The restructuring initiative is led by a member of the owning family, who is also the Founder & CEO of Gravita, an independent business.
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on professional to lead a complete organizational and operational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Restructure management, departments, roles, and responsibilities.
Rebuild and optimize HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
Lead ERP and CRM system selection, implementation, and integration.
Establish SOPs, KPIs, reporting systems, and internal controls.
Improve inventory management, profitability, and branch performance.
Build a professional management structure with clear accountability.
Train employees and management to ensure long-term sustainability.
Implement and deliver measurable improvements within 6–12 months.
Requirements
Proven experience in business restructuring and transformation.
Strong operational, financial, and organizational management skills.
Practical experience implementing ERP and CRM systems.
Experience in multi-branch retail or family-owned businesses is preferred.
Hands-on leadership with a proven record of delivering results.
This is a 6–12 month, on-site transformation contract focused on rebuilding the organization, implementing effective systems, and delivering sustainable results — not consultancy alone.
