üéì Mechanical Engineering degree ‚Äî with solid hands-on electrical experience
üèóÔ∏è 10‚Äì15 years in CONTRACTING companies only
üí∞ You have personally priced and submitted full-scope MEP tenders ‚Äî not supported, not reviewed
✏️ You can flawlessly produce MEP designs and shop drawings yourself — AutoCAD and Revit both mandatory
üìç Based in Lebanon, on-site daily ‚Äî our projects and our Hazmieh office. Remote applications will not be reviewed.
ü§ñ Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is part of this job

What You'll DoPersonally price and submit full-scope MEP tenders (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
Produce MEP designs and shop drawings; review consultants' and subcontractors' designs
Prepare BOQs, estimates, and control MEP budgets from award to handover
Run day-to-day MEP site operations — crews, foremen, and subcontractors
Lead and develop the MEP team (site engineers and foremen report to you)
Coordinate MEP works with the civil and architectural departments
Manage client and consultant communication on all MEP matters
