Role Description The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant is a full-time role based in Beirut with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The consultant will configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, translate business requirements into system solutions, and support end-to-end project activities from discovery to post-go-live stabilization. Daily responsibilities include analyzing HR and business processes, preparing functional and technical documentation, coordinating integrations with other systems, and managing master data setup and validation. The role also involves conducting workshops and training sessions, advising stakeholders on best practices, performing system testing and issue resolution, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The consultant will contribute to continuous improvement by monitoring system performance, proposing enhancements, and staying current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry trends.
