Join Us as a Branch Senior Officer – Jbeil
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in theSales & Business Development Division. In this role, you will assist the branch manager in handling the services, underwriting and operations of the branch to maximize efficiency and productivity and to provide consistently high standards of internal and external customer service in line with strategic and operating objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the underwriting process for specific insurance business line policies, generating an accurate risk pricing assessment.
- Assist in monitoring accounts on a regular basis to identify outstanding debts and their aging status in order to take the necessary actions, when assigned by the Branch management.
- Support the branch in improving insurance sales from a consultative selling to closing approach, with an aim to grow the branch client portfolio and optimize its profit.
- Handle claims, as assigned by the branch management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
- Proficiency in English & Arabic is a must; French is a plus.
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
- Advanced Result Orientation and Product Knowledge
