Role Description The Floor Manager at A K H clinics is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on the clinic floor. This role includes supervising front-line staff, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring that appointment schedules, waiting times, and service processes run smoothly. The Floor Manager monitors service quality, addresses patient concerns, and supports staff in delivering consistent, high-standard care.
