Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect and Interior Architect role based in Beirut. The role involves developing architectural and interior design concepts for luxury events, translating client briefs into detailed spatial layouts, and creating mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations. The Architect and Interior Architect will prepare drawings, 3D visualizations, and technical documentation for temporary structures, set designs, and interior fit-outs, coordinating closely with production, fabrication, and suppliers. Daily tasks include site visits, measurements, and supervision of installation quality, ensuring that designs are executed accurately and safely. The role also requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, adherence to project timelines and budgets, and continuous refinement of designs based on client feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Interior Architecture, with the ability to develop concepts from initial sketches to detailed construction drawings.
- Practical experience in Interior Design and Space Planning, including zoning, circulation, and functional layouts for complex event environments.
- Hands-on expertise in Interior Fit-out, including knowledge of materials, finishes, fabrication methods, and on-site installation processes.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino or similar BIM tools, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Experience with high-end or luxury projects, preferably in events, hospitality, retail, or experiential design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Beirut and abroad. attend local and international project locations as needed.
