About the Role
We are looking for a Product Specialist / Associate Product Manager who can deeply understand our products and become a key link between Business, Technology, and QA.
The goal is to build someone who understands how the product works end-to-end, can support new product development, and becomes a strong internal reference for the company.
Responsibilities
Requirements 3+ years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, InsurTech, FinTech, SaaS, or a technology company. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience working with Technology and QA teams. * Excellent communication and documentation skills. * Strong English and Arabic. * Insurance experience, especially in Saudi health or motor insurance*, is a strong advantage.
What Success Looks LikeYou should become someone who can understand and explain the product end-to-end, work directly with Technology and QA, identify gaps early, and help DESAISIV build and launch new insurance products successfully.
