Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer – Civil with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in the GCC. Strong Primavera P6 expertise is mandatory, with experience in project scheduling, baseline programmes, progress monitoring, resource loading, look-ahead and recovery programmes, EOTs, claims, and delay analysis. Experience in marine, earthworks, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of total professional experience, including at least 5 years of GCC experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Proven experience in preparing and managing baseline programmes, tender programmes, detailed construction schedules, resource/manpower loading, progress updates, look-ahead programmes, and recovery programmes.
- Experience in claims, variations, EOT submissions, delay analysis, and time-impact analysis is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, activity sequencing, productivity, and resource requirements.
- Experience in marine construction, earthworks, and infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to support both tender-stage planning and post-award project planning and monitoring.
- Strong reporting, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
