- Deliver engaging and interactive PHRi and/or SPHRi certification preparation sessions.
Develop and deliver training content aligned with the latest HRCI exam content outlines.
Explain complex HR concepts using practical business examples and real-world case studies.
Prepare and facilitate practice questions, mock exams, and interactive learning activities.
Assess participants' learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
Support participants in developing the knowledge and exam-taking skills required for certification.
Maintain high standards of training quality and participant satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid PHRi and/or SPHRi certification.
Minimum 10 years of professional HR experience.
Minimum 5 years of professional training or facilitation experience.
Previous experience delivering PHRi or SPHRi preparation courses is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of operational and strategic HR management.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to deliver both online and in-person training sessions.
