We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pastry & Western Bakery Chef to join our team and bring creativity, quality, and consistency to our bakery and dessert production.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare a variety of Western pastries, desserts, cakes, croissants, viennoiserie, and bakery products.
• Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, consistency, and quality.
• Develop and improve recipes and new dessert & bakery products.
• Keep the pastry section clean, organized, and efficient.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for required ingredients and supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and professional standards at all times.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in pastry and Western bakery.
• Strong knowledge of cakes, croissants, viennoiserie, desserts, and baked goods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to quality, cleanliness, and professional standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
