The Outdoor Sales Representative is responsible for distributing the company’s beauty products through regular field visits to pharmacies and beauty centers. The role focuses on promoting products and new launches and achieving assigned sales targets.
Responsibilities
Sales Achievement
- Achieve monthly sales targets and assigned KPIs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with pharmacies and beauty centers.
- Promote beauty products, new launches, and approved offers.
- Collect customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Monitor product availability and communicate stock requirements to the concerned teams.
- Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, sales, and customer follow-ups, and submit regular reports.
- Comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and approved commercial terms.
Customer relationship
- Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective pharmacies and beauty centres.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, and beauty center managers.
- Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and follow up on inquiries or complaints.
- Encourage repeat orders and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Product Promotion
- Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s beauty brands, products, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Present product features and promotional materials clearly and professionally.
- Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Identify potential accounts and opportunities to increase product distribution and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or secondary level; studies in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration are an advantage.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical sales.
- Good communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Required – Frequent visits to pharmacies and beauty centers; regular work outside the office.
