Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Asimah, Kuwait. This role oversees daily delivery operations, including managing schedules, monitoring routes, and ensuring orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time. The Operations Supervisor coordinates and supports frontline staff, resolves operational issues, and maintains compliance with company policies and safety standards. Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and communicating updates to management and team members. The role also involves collaborating with customer service and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth operation and a high level of client satisfaction.
