Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Motion Graphic Artist at Smartest Media. The Motion Graphic Artist will create high-quality motion graphics and 2D animations for digital campaigns, social media content, product videos, and brand storytelling. Daily tasks include collaborating with designers and strategists to interpret creative briefs, developing storyboards, designing graphic elements, animating assets, and refining edits based on feedback. The role also involves ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines, optimizing assets for various digital platforms, and staying current with motion design trends and tools to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital content and brand storytelling.
- Candidates should possess solid Graphics skills, including layout, typography, and visual composition.
- Candidates should possess Storyboarding skills to translate concepts and scripts into clear visual sequences.
- Candidates should possess experience in 2D Animation for marketing campaigns, explainer videos, and product showcases.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a portfolio demonstrating motion graphic and animation work.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Design, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
