We are urgently hiring a Mid-to-Senior Data Analyst to take ownership of our BI environment. You will go beyond basic reporting to architect scalable data models, audit existing workspaces, and lead complex data governance initiatives, working independently across concurrent projects while integrating AI tools into your analytics workflow.
Core Responsibilities:
BI Architecture & Optimization: Audit, document, and restructure existing BI workspaces for scalability and performance; elevate what is already built.
Advanced Data Modeling: Architect complex Power BI data models using advanced DAX (iterator measures e.g. SUMX, advanced calculated columns).
Strategic KPI & Commission Logic: Turn complex business rules into automated dashboards tracking Sales KPIs, UPT-style metrics, and multi-tiered commission/collection scoring.
Database Management: Write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL against live production data with zero downtime and full data integrity.
ERP Systems Integration: Map and navigate complex ERP data schemas; implement rigorous incremental refresh.
Workflow Automation & AI: Embed AI tools in daily coding/analytics work and use Power Automate to remove manual reporting bottlenecks.
Governance & Leadership: Enforce data governance, row-level security, and access controls while coordinating a distributed remote reporting team.
Schedule & Commitment:
Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM-7:00 PM KSA time (flexible 1-hour break).
Saturday: 11:00 AM-3:00 PM KSA time (30-minute break).
12-month renewable contract. 100% remote.
Compensation: $400 per month (fixed budget).
Skills
Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in Data Analytics or BI Engineering.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Excel.
Systems Architecture: Proven ability to instantly interpret and manipulate complex ERP data schemas.
Language: Fully bilingual (Arabic/English) with impeccable written English for technical documentation.
Startup Agility: Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Direct experience with Power Automate and employer-level AI workflow integration.
