Role Description The Medical Laboratory Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan. The technician will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, prepare samples, and operate diagnostic equipment in accordance with established protocols. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, labeling and tracking specimens, and ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials. The role involves monitoring quality control measures, verifying test results, and promptly reporting findings to laboratory supervisors or physicians. The technician will also contribute to equipment maintenance, inventory management, and adherence to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards while supporting a patient-centered testing environment.
